When I had a house fire, I hired McCosker Builders to do the reconstruction, and it was an excellent decision. Ryan handled every aspect of the job for me. He dealt with the insurance adjuster and the many inspectors from the city. Because he is so knowledgeable he developed a good working relationship with all of them and was able to complete the job in a timely fashion while satisfying all their requirements. His carpentry skills are top-notch and everything he did was of the highest quality. I also hired him to replace a set of outside stairs and a storm door. Even though the temperatures that week were in the 90’s and even hotter in the sun, he worked through it and did a fantastic job. I recommend McCosker Builders highly for any remodel you might have.
